Safe Space Advocates Spread Awareness About Teen Dating Violence

February is Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month!

To spread awareness, advocates from Safe Space visited local schools to encourage safe dating practices. Students were encouraged to take a stand against teen dating violence and sign a pledge agreeing to refrain from engaging in and to advocate against teen dating violence.

Advocates visited Franklinton High School where students signed the pledge and gained information about teen dating violence.

Students learned ways to prevent and to stop dating violence from happening.

Louisburg High School took a stand for teen dating violence awareness month.
